Our team consists of industry veterans with decades of experience in industrial ventilation, and filtration system design and execution. Their background spans multiple industries including woodworking, sheet metal fabrication, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, textiles, automotive, and food processing — ensuring that each project is handled with practical insight and a focus on long-term performance.
Our Team
Harshawardhan M, Engineering Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering – 25+ Years Industry Experience. Of which, 16 years were with the German Multinational HOMAG Group, where he held various positions in Sales, Marketing & Projects during the tenure. Post which he took over the role of Executive Director of the Indian Subsidiary Homag India from 2012 to 2016. With these experiences, he became an entrepreneur in 2016 with the establishment of Coind Anti-Pollution Systems.
Ramesh P., Engineering Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering – 30+ Years Industry Experience. Of which, 12 years with the German Multinational HOMAG Group, he led several projects as Head of Projects with the Indian Subsidiary Homag India. He also worked as a consultant for setting up various furniture manufacturing greenfield projects. With these experiences, he became an entrepreneur in 2016 with the establishment of Coind Anti-Pollution Systems.
